Chocolate Mouse ..

還記得2013年.. 小組在某組員家攪 打邊爐.. 本人預備在當天即場製作一個甜品, 但未來得及在網上找食譜.. 但竟然在到達上班工作的地點前.. 即藍屋, 吹來一張印有Chocolate Mousse的彩色食譜, 這張正是自己打算要整的甜品喔! 太神奇了。。

當天可能因為即場製作時間不足/ 技術不夠.. 出來效果不太理想, 像軟雪糕喔.. :p

因為雪櫃有早前剩下的鮮忌廉.. 苦思怎麼可以消滅它而不掉入垃圾筒, 終於找回當天的食譜..
製作出來比當天要成功呀!

Chocolate Mousse :

Ingredients

* 8 (1 Ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
* 1/2 cup water, divided
* 2 tablespoons butter (no subsititutes)
* 3 egg yolks
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1 1/4 cups whipping cream, whipped

Directions

1. In a microwave or double boiler, heat chocolate, 1/4 cup water and buttter until the chocolate and butter are melted. Cool for 10 minutes.

2. In a small heavy saucepan, whisk egg yolks, sugar and remining water, Cook and stir over low heat until mixture reaches 160 degrees F, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat; Whisk in chocolate mixture. Set saucepan in ice and stir until cooled, about 5-10 minutes.

3. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
